A receipt is required, and items should not be returned to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may apply to used books, opened media, or items not in original condition. Returns after 30 days may also be partially refunded.
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within days.

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original buyer. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
